Managed the Accounting and IT departments for one of the largest structural steel fabricators in the US. Implemented Cost to Cost Accounting on all the large construction contracts and was instrumental in the litigation on the Aladdin Project that netted CMC a large favorable settlement against a third party default insurance carrier.
