•Provided supervision and project management of all local and out of state franchised stores construction renovations and updates on a five year schedule.

•Worked with company architects, designers and engineers to customize space for field franchised locations/operations.

•Served as a liaison with franchisees, store managers, select union workers (typically 10 - 15 skilled trades people at each location) and vendors to complete a turnkey full service Tim Horton's operation on tight project timelines
