TOWNSQUARE MEDIA GROUP. Launched a formal Accounting department, sourcing and hiring 12 staff members and maintaining indirect authority over multiple city specific business managers.

CBS RADIO. Responsible for leading the consolidation and integration of six station finance groups into one, eliminating 8 positions and assuming a leadership role over a 12 person team performing accounting for a $200MM metropolitan market.

WRNN TV/VERIZON FIOS1, Rye Brook, NY (2013 Present) Corporate Controller

Effectively manages a team of three professionals engaged in monthly close processes, treasury operations, payroll processing, and other accounting functions. Ensures the success of this privately controlled company that owns and operates WRNN TV (Channel 48), an independent television station, and which produces three 24 hour news channels serving the New York market. Retained based on a broad and deep command of tax and accounting.

Leads the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, while engaging in tax planning for over 10 legal entities.

Collects and compiles key financial data and information into monthly reports to provide guidance and direction to managers and debt holders.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA GROUP, Greenwich, Ct and Dallas, TX (2010 2012) Vice President and Corporate Controller

Launched fresh start accounting for three major acquisitions executed by this $250MM diversified media, entertainment and digital marketing services company that owns and operates radio, digital, and live event properties. Created and standardized internal controls across all acquisitions.

Launched a formal Accounting department, sourcing and hiring 12 staff members. Maintained indirect authority over multiple city specific business managers. Reported directly to the CFO while managing all facets of corporate finance.

Maintained accountability for all external reporting associated with the company’s credit facilities, including monthly financials to each lender, full annual financials for four legal entities, and quarterly covenant compliance calculations.
