Effectively manages a team of three professionals engaged in monthly close processes, treasury operations, payroll processing, and other accounting functions. Ensures the success of this privately controlled company that owns and operates WRNN TV (Channel 48), an independent television station, and which produces three 24 hour news channels serving the New York market. Retained based on a broad and deep command of tax and accounting.
Leads the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, while engaging in tax planning for over 10 legal entities.
Collects and compiles key financial data and information into monthly reports to provide guidance and direction to managers and debt holders.
