Objective
I am currently pursuing a degree in Construction Science from Sam Houston State University in hopes of getting into the home building industry as a project manager. I have been involved in all aspects of construction, from electrical, site prep, concrete, and interior buildouts. I believe that with the knowledge I already have, that I could be of a great asset to a company.

Facilities Maintenance:
Responsible for ensuring that apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. This includes diagnosing and repairing air conditioning and heating units, electrical appliances and outlets, plumbing, carpentry, locks, and similar repairs as well as completing make ready’s in vacant apartments for future tenants.

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance to heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and dump trucks. Making sure all equipment is fueled, greased, and in proper working order. Assisting other operators with equipment such as dump trucks and bulldozers when needed.

Lead Facilities Operations Supervisor: 2010-2014
Responsible for ensuring that the facility remains in proper working order and to quickly repair any damages, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, and to assure that my team of maintenance personal was performing daily activities to ensure that preventative maintenance consistently remained up to date.
