Managed $650M-$1B deep water subsea technical engineering sales proposals for Exxon/Mobil, Shell Oil, Anadarko, and Murphy Exploration. Reviewed the original design of 1990s-era subsea production and injection tree systems. Updated designs to meet current client requirements for compliance with API 17D 2nd Edition/API 6A/ASME and ANSI Y14.1. Advised service, quality, and manufacturing staff on installing, maintaining, and refurbishing subsea systems, running/retrieving tools, API valves, actuators, connectors, manifolds, chokes, controls, and tree systems. Resolved manufacturing, quality, and purchasing issues through the company ECN system. Mentored EITs in the GE Edison Engineering Program.

Administered the Murphy Oil horizontal 5x2 XMAS tree, $650M GOM stock program tender. Advised system engineers on client requirements for control pod functions and manifold system valves. Clarified 125 engineering qualifications, all of which were accepted by Murphy Oil. Updated scope of supply according to requirements. Designed the tree, ROV panels, and framework to meet requirements.

Held responsibility for the Shell Bonga Southwest $960M vertical tree project tender. Analyzed the notes and tree designs of previous tree engineers. Resolved 700+ tree engineering qualifications. Educated the internal sales force and junior engineers on the vertical tree system and tubing head spool.
