Administered weekly payroll for 3 construction companies (>400 employees) while regular Payroll Administrator was out on maternity leave:
oGathered employee time for all crews and verified hours for accurate data entry into Spectrum, Excel logs, and macros. Time was coded by departments/jobs.
oManaged company PTO calendars, direct deposit accounts, and pay cards.
oProcessed payroll in Spectrum, bank, and made 401K and tax payments for all 3 companies on a weekly basis.
