Processes included user data entry interface development, report selection, and report generation for customer maintenance, purchasing, sales orders, receiving, data maintenance and summary reports for executive management.

• Created processes for data transfer to and from external systems for conversions and daily processing

• Executed conversion of multiple customer-related screens to web-based screens

• Responsible for conversion of Marmon/Keystone data from DG-based branch/IBM mainframe system into expanded NY subsidiary

• Responsible for conversion of Canadian subsidiary code for use by NY based subsidiary on conversion to mainframe
