Duties involve quantity takeoffs, material submittals, design of services where required, shop drawing review and approvals, testing/inspection & commissioning of the above (Buildings include sports complex, junior school, restaurants, club houses, supermarket, administration building, work shop, laundry, contractor facility) 400 Bed hospital:

Responsible for all site plumbing works (More than 1100 toilets & similar rooms, 10 Km’s of external water supply & drainage piping, pumping stations & Sump stations). Also responsible for executing HVAC works of 49,570 m2 area (3600 cooling tons). Scope included the installation of 9 chillers with corresponding pumps and accessories, 600 FCU’s, 380 Reheat Box’s and 55 Mechanical rooms (AHU’s and Extract fans).
