Project engineer working as Construction QA/QC
Direct site supervision of all site activities
Directly coordinate with EPC and its sub-contractor
Monitoring of work activities on site, progress and problems
Handling operations on site considering weather and ground conditions
Monitor the progress of project at the jobsite by checking the status, quality, schedule of operation, material availability and all concern of the client and the working team.
Experienced in construction management of mechanical boiler equipment and pressure parts, coal conveying, erection of structure, piping, rotary and static equipment
Checking and reviewing of issued construction drawing
Reviews method of statement prior to execution of work at site.
Monitors the overall construction progress and activities
Makes weekly and monthly report of the project progress accomplishments and milestones
Organize meetings with all contractor
Ensures the quality of construction as per design drawing, standard code, and as per site condition
