Designed, wrote and implemented the Self-Install software package for AT&T’s Fixed Wireless High Speed Internet solution. This package was a leading edge cost saving utility that was used to configure and enable customer’s computers to utilize AT&T’s wireless digital broadband network. It was installed by over 45,000 users, both by consumers and installation technicians and had a 98% successful first time install rate

Enhanced and debugged existing C++ clientware for the customer care infrastructure.

Performed proof-of-concepts for software installation utilities to reduce code development time of the Self-Install clientware.

Managed and performed the software build and release process.

Configured and maintained test lab to perform alpha/beta end-to-end tests of the Self-Install package.
