Transferred to the Tool Rental department and was there for 7 years until leaving the home depot . I was responsible for producing rental contracts collecting all information in the process, helped provide understanding and demonstrate how to use equipment properly and safely. Was responsible for maintaining the rental equipment sales floor and my repair shop . I was also repair technician for customer owned tools, I checked tools in filling out proper work orders, I inspected tools, did parts search for repairs contacted costumer with quote,, ordered parts, would give customers updates on their tool . installed parts, tested equipment every time before releasing it to customer, also cleaned equipment . completed all release paperwork and all actions in computer system . maintained and inventoried parts shelf ordering shop materials and safety materials . kept supervisor up to speed and worked independently . I also received certification from ECHO on carburetor tuning and replacement 1 of less than 20 stores in the united states to have completed this pilot program .
EDUCATION
Attended Amphi High School Tucson Az. Junior year left but obtained G.E.D 1985 . Attended ITT Technical Institute where I received my associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting 1986

While working numerous years for the home depot, I had received numerous awards for. Customer service, along with certificates and letters sent in to the corporate office from customers that I had interactions with I was awarded all-star employee . I had couched my two sons and other kids from t-ball to minor league and in those years I had the honor of being presented coach of the season several times but I did have a great coaching staff to. I have been awarded the gold key from the scholastic arts association 2 times when I was in junior high and high school ..
