USG International customer service rep.: promoted the USG product line and handling letters of credit, export paperwork, and technical assistance.
USG USA rep: worked with the USG strategic account team to secure ceiling tile programs for: Indiana University, Taco Bueno, Domino's Pizza, and McDonald's.
USG USA rep: partnered with independent distributors to grow the USG product line. An incredible amount of time was invested to learn the customer’s business processes. And, as a part of the team, L&W was able to purchase the Livonia group and grow their market share.
Promoted the introduction of new products (e.g., USG Securock and various ceiling tile products) to all key channels
(architects, designers, GCs, and contractors).
L&W distribution side: (Dallas, TX., Product Manager) grew a 3 million dollar ceiling business into a 9 million dollar ceiling business by streamlining several key business processes. Accomplishments ( USG/L&W)
Created strategies to develop and expand existing customer sales, which resulted in growth on a yearly basis.
Teamed up with fellow reps to promote and to educate them on the benefits of a new platform for the USG Customer Order Entry Evaluation program (still used 14 years later).
Shaped the origin of best practices for L&W/USG for their ceiling business by developing educational programs, showrooms, and national accounts to reduce the challenges with doing business with USG/L&W.
Participated in the development a job tracking program that incorporates vendor quotes, customers quotes, customer forecasts, and won/loss records.
