Currently I am working as an Electrical & INSTRUMENTATION Supervisor in Instrumentation Department at ALMOAYYED ELEC & INST SYSTEMS. For Construction and pre-commissioning projects are handle at BAPCO (Refinery up-gradation projects) from July 2015 till date.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation of electrical DB’s (4+4way, 6+6way upto 10+10way) at floor mounting and wall mounting at various control rooms.
Laying of HV cables such as 4cx240sqmm, 4cx300sqmm, 1cx630sqmm and so on for DB’s and Tower Lines.
Installation of switch gears, oil capacitors, Transformers…etc. at given locations.
Installation of power controllers, VFD’s, through box breaker units…etc as per given drawing.
Installation & Function Test for all Field instruments such as ESDV, Control valve and all electronic transmitters.
Installation of Measuring instruments such as PDIT, PIT, LIT, FIT on both impulse and Capillary tube functioned systems placed on Exchangers, Re-boilers, Column, Tanks, Vessels, etc…
Handling field Calibrate instruments such as HART 475, Pyrometers, IR Temp recorder, Pressure pump, DP pressure, Dead Weight Instruments, etc…
Handling Calibration Instruments such as Dead Weight, Load Cell, IC Temperature, Magnetic Aperture and Ball Float meter, Doppler Instruments, Coiled Temp-Bath, etc….
Installation of Conduits, Orifice (DP), Venturi meter, Spacer, Pitot Tube, Magnetic Flow Meter, Ultrasonic, IR Temperature, Vortex Flow meter, etc….
Calibration of gauges, control valves and Transmitters as per the company’s standards and procedures.
Installing different types of sensors, transmitters, in field process equipments.
Installation & commissioning of DCS & PLC Blocks, Racks, Repeaters and their cable laying, connectors, switches, etc….
Loop Checking activity for all field instruments corresponding with Process logics (DCS).
Installation of marshalling panels, system routers and panel wiring such as optic fiber, Ethernet, IS cables, lead cables & others as based on engg. Drawing.
Laying & Installation of DCS, PLC, HMI, EMS systems cable topology connectors as based on given engg. Design by following serial bus, PROfibus, MODbus, FFBus.
Installation and Handling suitable connectors like RS232, RJ45, RJ48...Etc depending upon the given cables and design.
Installation and commissioning of Solar panels, solar flow Meters and other automation field instruments.
Maintenance & Modification control in overall JB & DB in the CDU / VDU Control panel.
Analyzing and modification of installed instrumentation line for Foundation Field Bus (FFB) operation and Triconex PLC operations from INVENSYS, SCHNEIDER, GE-Electricals.
Managing and Monitoring of Man powers, Tool Box Meeting, Tools & Tackles, Tool box meeting, shift schedules, Roaster management, etc.
Previous Experience:
I have worked as an Instrumentation supervisor in E & I department in JAPAN GAS CORPORATION in RAS GAS - BARZAN PHASE II PROJECT at QATAR.
From Sep 2014 to Feb 2015. For Construction & Pre-commissioning Project.
I have worked as an Instrumentation supervisor in E & I department in TECHNIMONT INSTRUMENTATION CONTROL BUREAU in Equate Petrochemical Company at Kuwait.
From Apr 2014 to July 2014. For SHUTDOWN Project.
I have worked as an Instrumentation supervisor in E & I department at NAGARJUNA OIL CORPORATION LTD, cuddalore, tamilnadu. From 3rd Apr 2010 to March 2014.
