Academic Projects:

No Load and Full Load test on 3 phase Induction Motor: Studied the effect on the output of a 3-phase induction motor with load and without load. Measured the RPM, Current, Voltage using the instrument cluster consisting of speedometer and tachometer, and a multimeter. Observed the changes in these parameters when adding and deducting the load using Rheostat.

Auto Intensity Control of a Street Light using LED’s based on Time: Designed a street light using LED’s. Installed Micro Controller on PCB to control the intensity of light. Soldered all the components like capacitor, LED’s on Printed Circuit Board. This is related to embedded systems and it is used to control the usage of Electrical energy.

Shockodyn: Used shock absorbers of bike to generate electrical energy. Electrical Energy is produced from the movement of shock absorbers of bicycle. Dynamo is used to generate the electrical energy. Produced energy is stored in the form of charge by using a capacitor.

Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol Implementation: Designed a network with interior gateway protocol EIGRP. Worked on console and remote configuration of Ethernet/serial interfaces by implementation of EIGRP routing protocol and managed IP addressing. Initiated Telnet sessions and implemented password security.

Trunking Protocol Implementation: Designed and configured a switches with different VLAN’s and implemented STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) for the communication between the different VLAN’s in the switched network.

Project on High performance 4-bit Pipelined Parallel Adder: Using Cadence Virtuoso Editor designed and simulated layout of the High performance 4-bit Pipelined Parallel Adder. This circuit is done by designing the D-flipflops using two phase non-overlapping clock generator, clock tree and 4 bit FA24T using cadence tool set and then calculated the highest clock frequency at which 4 bit pipeline parallel adder can run and produce correct outputs at D-flipflops.

Project on 4-bit Binary Adder with less number of transistors: Using Cadence Virtuoso Editor designed and simulated the layout of the Fast and low power dissipated 4-bit Binary Adder. This is done by using 24 transistors instead of 28 transistors this lead to the low power dissipation and increases the speed of the circuit.

Course Work: Computer Networks, Computer System Organization, FPGA, VLSI Design, VLSI Testing, RF Signal Amplifiers, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Basic Switching Theory and Lab, Switching Theory and Logic design, MP&MC, Nano Technology, Engineering Drawing.
