Responsible for collecting the necessary data (drawings, bill of materials, NDE, electrical certifications, etc.) to complete and assemble data books for offshore, jack-up and land drilling rigs for the customer.

Information gathered by searching a company database (Onbase) and contacting vendors, utilizing part number, serial numbers and description.

Scanned work order packages and other documents into Onbase.

Helped implement a system to better track incoming work order packages for scanning and eliminated back log.
