Co-ordinating with the Vendors, Bring in more and new products in to suit Fabindia taste and standards.

Performing operational due diligence of new vendors before negotiating and establishing valuable vendor contracts and ensuring successful start-up.

Increase supplies to Fabindia by ten times. Therefore increase production capacity and purchase / stocking capacity

Conducting quarterly audits of existing vendors to ensure statutory and operational compliance.

Highlights:

Successfully increased supplies to Fabindia within 4 months – from 450 machines went up to 750. Added more clients to the desired Service Levels which helped the Company raise a level in the performance comparison report.
