Oversaw implementation of the wrap-up safety program with electrical controls, lockout/tagout, motor center controls (MCC- NFPA 70) fall protection, crane operations, excavation controls, and claims review/accident investigation.

SA Healy – Fermi Lab Batavia, IL Neutrino Project- Oversaw tunneling and installation of neutrino

acceleration. Oversaw implementation of safety program, Price Anderson Amendment Act (PAAA),

nuclear safety management, and Sub B 425.1 readiness and start-up. Audited on behalf of the carrier client

fall protection, crane and rigging controls, and claims review.
