MAIN PROJECT:

Title: Optimization Of Two Wheeler Connecting Rod By Using FEA.

Description:

Connecting rod is a major link inside of a internal combustion engine.

It is the intermediate member between the piston and the crankshaft.

The model is developed using solid modelling software i.e. Pro/E.

Further finite element analysis is done to determine the von-misses stresses shear stress and strain for the loading condition and using different composite material(cast iron, boron fibre, carbon fibre). We concluded boron fibre is the low deformation for this connecting rod.
