I have been involved with manufacturing for ** years, 26 years have been in management. I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and Industrial Psychology as well as an Associate’s degree in Information Technology along with being safety supervisor, Kazien and Lean Manufacturing, 5S and DOT certified. From my past work experience and education, I have acquired persuasive techniques that are needed to influence employees to perform at their potential.
