1.Estimator Model

The Project Estimator and Planning Suite (PEPS) project is an enterprise solution which has multiple components both on the user’s desktop and residing centrally within Deloitte’s enterprise network. The functional goals of PEPS are:

• To provide a succinct suite of tools to integrate project estimation with Deloitte tools like EVD, Industry Print and Pricing Model

• The second key functional goal of the PEPS vision is to provide a common estimation methodology with a uniform look and feel while allowing for differences across projects types to be identified.

• The third key functional goal of the PEPS vision is to establish as common governance processes which certifies the estimation process used and provides for analyses of results.

2.Client Memo

Client Memo is one of the best practice templates created for the Client- Deloitte Consulting. The goal of this form is to ensure a uniform standard across the Deloitte Consulting Structure. The purpose of Client Memo Form is:

• Give an output of PPT which is per the Deloitte Consulting Standards

• Form can be mailed to another co user of the form

• Re-usability of the form is a significant feature as it can be re-generated for different releases of the same project

3.Requirement Traceability Tool

The Requirements Traceability Tool (RTT) is a proprietary web-based tool that can be used to track the bi-directional links between project requirements and final deliverables. It is a highly customizable tool that can be tailored to suit a project’s unique requirements.
