DMO – VIM has implemented open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) works with SAP ERP to streamline accounts payable (AP) operations. VIM optimizes and simplifies the process of receiving, managing, and monitoring invoices for AP personnel and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a developer,I’m responsible for developing and delivery various development objects such as developing new objects and enhancing existing as part of DMO VIM which is mainly spreas FI AP core areas.

Data Dictionary Objects:

Enhanced DP requester search help object by implementing segregation user logic for Everett/Houston/Seattle regions

Reports:

Enhanced existing COA upload program by implementing segregation user logic for Everett/Houston/seattle regions.

Optimized the VIM Fallout report which has extreme performance issues

Function Modules:

Developed Search help exit function module for segregating user determination logic for Everett/ Houston/ Seattle regions.

Reports:

Created sales operation report, which is used to list customers and associated sales partners as on date using ALV.

Developed ALV Report for products delivery during a period for a plant and calculates annul usage and also lists storage associated with the products.

Interface:

Designed and coded a BDC program for sales order that updated records in the sales order screen or will create new sales order depending on the source data file from external systems.

Smart forms:

Modified the smart form ZLB_BIL_INVOICE for billing invoice so as to bill the service charge for the specified customer and also to show the restocking fee and display cash discount.
