The project goal is to implement an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution for GEHC Life Sciences (Oracle ERP--BIOPROD) to automate the electronic transmission of Purchase orders including changes, Supplier Forecast and received Purchase order acknowledgement data, Advances Shipment Notice and Invoice information between high volume suppliers and GEHC from and to LS. Our Medium to Low volume suppliers will continue to use our standard process within Oracle iSupplier. BIOPROD (Oracle ERP) will send and receive messages to the GEHC B2B gateway, the B2B gateway will send the messages in a single - pre-defined structure (preferably XML) to the trading exchange.
