My enclosed resume describes my formal education and employment history, which would be more than adequate to fulfill most programming positions. My past experience shows that I have much more to offer than would be expected from the average programmer.

While employed at Farm Bureau, I joined a project team that was behind schedule. We were able to work together to the project ahead of schedule. At Polk County, I taught myself AFP print language to make printed forms instead of purchasing costly pre-printed forms. I also redesigned and rewrote the online CICS system to save the users keystrokes and time.

In summary, I am a team player and am also comfortable working alone on a project. I look at the big picture to resolve problems. My co-workers call me 2 minute Tim because of my ability to locate and resolve problems quickly. This assessment by my fellow employees shows I am a team player and a leader.
