Reporting To: - Factory Manager

Work Profile: -

Get the schedule from all customers i.e. monthly, weekly & daily.

Do the capacity calculation for the forecast plan and ensure the supportability to the customers.

If the capacity is supportable Release the plan to all suppliers. Otherwise revert it to customer or management.

Fixing In-house & customer end inventory norms and maintaining.

Prepare the reports of Sales trend, Delivery trend, material coverage for the morning meeting

Prepare In-house plan as per the customer requirements for next three days

Coordinating with purchase team to get the Raw material on time (Sub contractors follow up).

Hourly monitoring of shop floor for plan vs actual verifies.

Dispatch the materials in time without any compromise in quality and Ensure Zero Line Stoppages at customer end

Maintain maxi mini level of material Stock as per daily schedule of OEM Customers

Maintain Supply of Stock Items as per FIFO.

Achieve the highest Delivery performance with lowest PPM

Analyzing rework & rejection trend and initiate to take corrective & preventive action to eliminate rework/Rejections.

Maintain MIS report. (Over all report about schedule adhered & logistics expenses regular & Premium freight).

Monitoring the entire Material Supply as per production & initiating relevant steps for keeping logistics expenses at minimum.

Implementation of cost saving and time saving procedures in the production line (KAIZEN).
