My responsibility was to oversee all aspects of shopping malls throughout the west coast. From Arizona to Washington. 23 centers in 6 states. From maintenance of the entire center, asphalt, roofing, building structure to demo of old buildings to new construction. All construction needs and tenant buildout. From getting bids, hiring contractors, pulling permits and payroll. Oversee project from start to completion. Doing a punch walk with the tenants then handing them the keys.
