QUALIFICATIONS:
I consider myself to be a complete superintendent. I have been a
superintendent for over 25 years, with a total of 38 years in
construction. I have extensive knowledge in everything from
underground utilities through finishes, including cast-in-place
and tilt-up construction. That experience includes high end
residential through heavy commercial. I have office building
experience and medical building experience (as recently as
2008). I am experienced in assisted living as well as multi
family residential work. I have hotel experience, strip centers
and high end interior build outs & remodels. I was a finish
carpenter by trade. I pride myself on quality, safety, and
finishing on time on or under budget. I work well with
Authorities, Owners, Architects and Subcontractors.
