UTM Time Management duties; set up payroll imports, mobile access, shift schedules, dashboards for managing meals, breaks and missed punches, various timecard reporting and PTO accrual tracking
Payment Services duties; audit and verify state tax Id numbers, deposit frequency and state unemployment insurance rate reduction programs
Reconcile quarter/year-end tax report filing, W-2's and process adjustments/amendments as required by tax regulations
Implement employee acknowledgment of receipt feature for company handbook and mandated policy's to ensure compliance
Set up wage garnishment/child support calculations along with agency contact and EFT payment coding
Monitor case submissions in UltiPro Salesforce System by providing guidance, follow up and recommend resolutions
Customize data entry fields for new hires, terminations and transfers
Ensure benefit elections are accurate and processed in a timely manner
Create and modify BI and standard reporting according to company specifications. Schedule automatic reports accessible on dashboards
Set up General Ledger automation along with UltiPro direct submissions for adding, changing, deleting GL account numbers
Stay abreast on payroll laws and make recommendations for best practices
Develop procedures to streamline UltiPro processing for automation, cost efficiency and error prevention
Provide on going communications, support and training
Work closely with HR on system deficiencies they've encountered, investigate, research, troubleshoot and test to determine course of action and or recommended resolution
