PROJECT DETAIL : Vibration analysis of all rotating equipments and Balancing.

DUTIES AND AMENABILITIES:

Developing data base for doing vibration analysis in SPM Software (Condmaster Nova, Condmaster Ruby) by considering different parameters like RPM, KW,HP etc.

Analyzing the machine data obtained from the software and generating suitable solution by conducting vibration and phase analysis.

Identifying critical problems with help of time wave and phase analysis. Carrying out natural frequency, Run-up Coast down and bump test for identifying resonance problems.

Carrying out static and Dynamic Balancing of fans and blowers in single and dual plane as per the requirement.

Carrying shaft to shaft Alignment for Coupling of Motor, Gearbox, Pumps, and Compressors etc in both horizontal and vertical directions.

Monitoring machines vibration and analyzing the machine Condition using Spectrum and Phase analysis.

Analyzing the problem of bearing condition with the help of software & SPM, SPM HD technique.

Root cause failure analysis for the critical machines.

Submitting on site reports and day to day scheduled reports of different departments as well as super critical equipments health condition weekly twice.

Submitting critical and marginal equipments reports on the same day for the reference of the departments.

Maintaining the history and trends of all normal and super critical equipments.

Maintaining PDM tracking of all the equipments and submitting the same to the concerned department.

Job distribution to the engineer’s and man power planning and Handling.
