Systems/Solutions Development
•Cross-compiled required packages for embedded Linux, developing custom Linux and Android applications to display wireless video stream on remote devices, and modifying/optimizing a custom built Linux kernel to capture and stream videos using the OV5640 imaging sensor.
•Developed wireless video streaming and recording using Freescale’s iMX-6 platform and GStreamer multimedia framework to encode video into H.264 and streamed over network.
•Developed QT application to display, stream, and record live video from camera sensors, streaming camera feed to Android devices without internet connection.
•Designed and implemented signage solutions to display advertising content on a remote site, writing bash scripts to automatically upload and change contents on multiple remote devices concurrently, enabling a web browser to show content of web page (Kiosk mode) after booting, and developing interactive user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS.
