ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS

●Successfully designed, planned, budgeted and implemented $1.5M of IT infrastructure to AT&T’s internal private cloud services for the management of all Mobility Solutions Services business platforms used for opportunity management, pre-sales and marketing, professional services delivery and service management of MSS products.

●Responsible for all IT Operational Support of the MSS Cloud Infrastructure which consisted of 50 Linux and Windows virtual servers deployed as VMDK files onto VMware Clusters connected to a SAN that provided Tier 1 storage services on Hitachi HDS VSP solution.

●Successfully designed, planned, and led implementation of the e-bonding system eliminating swivel-chair approach.

●Annually assessed and adjusted three-year plans to migrate MSS stand-alone applications to IT Target Architectures which included: ROME, GPS, HPPM, AOTS, and Telegence.

●Minimized double ticketing and managed the migration from Issue-Trak Service Desk applications to ChangePoint.
