Project Description:

Insight Business Intelligence Product is for the Sales Managers to review and analyze the performance of the sales processing in Healthcare domain. This tool will gather the inputs from various sales representatives and bring out the consolidated report. The reports can be viewed in region wise, sales representative wise, product wise, customer wise and also country wise. The reports have the capability to show the metrics at high level as well as detailed level. This tool also has the intelligence built for suggestions of improvements in an area where the sales are weak or less than targets. This product has the capability to build their own reports, comparison reports, weekly wise and yearly wise reports. The Sales Manager can analyze the metrics using the reports and would take decisions for improving the company sales. The product has been developed using Scrum Agile methodology.

-EBS (Enhanced Banking System): EBS banking consists of combination many modules and the tested details from my end are listed below:

-UWS - Universal Workstation: UWS is the front end platform that integrates many modules in EBS.

-NAS - New Application System: This system is mainly used to open accounts for different products offered by Citibank UK.

-Citi Mortgage and Loan:

(a)Testing includes multiple functionalities that is offered by the system and checks its ability to perform various task.

(b)Functionalities mentioned below have been tested.

a.Mortgage pre-quote / pre-approval process

-ECCMS - Enhanced Customer Contact Management: This system is mainly for the tracking & maintenance of any request and generating letters.

-IMPACS - Integrated Monetary Processing and Control System: This system is mainly used processing different products for Current, Savings and Sweep Accounts.

-FASTER PAYMENTS (FP): Faster Payments Service (FPS) has been envisioned as an automated clearing and settlement system for low value payments and Standing Orders in the UK. It runs in addition to the existing BACS and CHAPS automated systems. Settlement is achieved several times a day on normal English business days at the Bank of England Settlement System that also settles CHAPS and BACS. Apart from this, FPS is completely independent from the CHAPS and BACS services.

Citibank has been accepted into the Faster Payments Group as a Direct Member, and are represented by GTS from the corporate bank. This direct membership will allow UK GCG to connect and share the infrastructure being put in place, to offer one faster payments solution to all of UK GCG, available to all product lines

The project uses EBS Systems- UWS & IMPACS for execution and validation and also GPP as external systems to simulate the results in EBS.

NOTES: All the testing jobs on applications and modules are given by client through Virtual Tech (VT), Work Requests (WR) and other specific tests according to their need and the result is updated without fail
