Production Planning. & Scheduling., Raw Material Planning., Stock Control, Despatch Scheduling

Preparation of Week wise Production planning with the day wise break up and then Weekly plan is converted into daily scheduling for the smooth production of GP\Galvalume\Prepainted Coils\Sheet\Profile

Order follow- up from marketing dept Production scheduling & routing

Daily Production Planning of press shop & Assembly shop having more than three hundred press Components

Daily documentation of Production Planning Maintain daily stock of all the parts.
