Provide guidance and support for contractor/Operations completing twelve(12) petroleum storage tank inspections to regulatory standard(API653). Provide safety, hot work and confined space permits completing all projects without a lost time accident. Developed tank and pipeline utilization to meet customer short and long term needs while improving company revenue stream

2004-$12Million Dock Line Relocation

Coordinate installation: seven(7) new 12" pipelines 4000'ea., two(2) seven(7) header manifolds and control room. Performed all contractor safety orientation, work permits and scheduling for drain downs, tie-ins, testing and commissioning.

2002-$2Million Terminal Load Rack Upgrade

Coordinate installation: new metering and operating system. Performed all contractor safety orientation, work permits and scheduling for drain downs, tie-ins, testing and commissioning.

1995-$8Million Dock Facility Commissioning

Coordinate installation: 4000' 36" pipeline to tank storage facility and 16"articulated load arm. Upgrade facility operating equipment and control room. Performed all contractor safety orientation, work permits and scheduling for drain downs, tie-ins, testing and commissioning.

1995-$250K Vessel Pre-Transfer Booming

Requisitioned necessary booming materials and designed response vessel with fabricator. Developed booming strategy, operational procedure to effectively and safely deploy/store1500’ Petro-Barrier on the water. Generated revenue stream while providing customer cost savings.
