Norman is an Associate Director for Professional Services (PS) at Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) responsible for leading the Professional Service practice arm for all Infrastructure Professional Services engagements for North America. Previously he was responsible for both the PS and Consulting services for CTS prior to the split. Prior to that, Norman spent over 15 years in roles as IT Manager and Consultant/Advisor for Corporate IT operations.
