One deep analysis completed on power cost reduction of autoclave compressors by providing 60 cub meter air receivers ( Cost savings 2.2 lacs/month ) by PDCA.

Enhancing STP plant capacity from 30 m3/day to 60 m3/day.

Reduction of Raw Water consumption from 250 kl/day to 195 kl/day through PDCA (Cost Saving 0.5 lacs/Month).

Reduction of Drinking (Can) Water Cost Rs.2000/- per day by Increasing of RO plant Flow from 400 Liters/Hr to 800 Liters/Hr (Cost Saving 0.6 Lacs/Month).
