Actively Supported Eleven major automation projects to two WACCs (World Area Configuration Centers) namely Wuqing, Singapore, Dubai & GPP

Part of the responsibility was to understand the customer & WACC requirements and reflecting them in Solid Edge with all the technical details like backup for the selection of Controls, Panel, & Orientation, by using Suitable Catalogue

Proactively Initiated and developed the tool to Detail the Engineering Automation Package – Creating Schematic/Logic Diagram with the appropriate Selected & Sizing of Control Components (as per Customer Requirement & Specification), Timing Calculations are performed with the Sizing Tool and Enhanced Accessories added to the Logic to improve the Timing

oHandling of Engineering Change Requests / Notices (ECR/ECN) – by validating & documenting changes in drawings & models to assure traceability of changes.

Creating Solid Models and detailed drawings of Product Components and assemblies with control components.

Creating Schematic Drawing in AutoCAD for customer verification.
