I have successfully managed Projects as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor and a manager representing more than one tier of the contracting parties.

The diverse scope of work of the Projects has provided me the opportunity to develop an extensive array of management skills. My varied positions within the contracting ladder of the Projects have required me to adapt to and proficiently utilize the data and communication management programs set forth by each contract and Owner.

The management of Projects commands an immediate understanding of the contracting responsibilities and interdependencies of the Project Teams and their scopes of work. This understanding enhances the content of communications between all contracting parties and increases the efficiency of the responses. This provides for effective management of the Projects and their timely completion.

Each Owner, Agency or Contractor has specific contract clauses or articles which govern their responsibilities between the Project’s contracting parties. My career has required me to interpret, implement and defend the contract clauses or articles as a representative of the differing contracting parties.

My experience being the representative of the opposing contracting party has provided me with perspectives which enhance my position to achieve positive results for my employers and their clients.
