Social Security Number Removal Initiative (SSNRI)
The Purpose of the SSNRI Program is to remove the Health Insurance Claim Number (HICN) from Medicare cards, and replace it with the Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) without adversely impacting existing necessary business functions. This will require modification to the affected CMS and contractor systems and business process to accommodate receipt and processing of the new MBI. Removing HICNs from Medicare Cards and making the necessary changes to underlying systems and process will require coordination among federal, state, and private sector stakeholders and take several years. New and existing Medicare beneficiaries must receive new Medicare cards with new MBIs by April 2019.
Responsibilities:
Established a mapping of SSNRI Program testing tasks and WBS to the RACI charts, IMS dates with the test schedule, and mapping test status outcomes to reporting and communication.
Ensure that the testing timeline aligns closely with the impacted systems testing.
Review SSNRI program activities at each formal program milestone to determine whether to pause, remediate, mitigate, or move ahead to the next stage.

The Project involved enhancement of the mobile based application. This application was developed for P2P ride-share. The Business Model of Uber is a smartphone app which provides on-demand service to users. It connects willing passengers to taxi cab drivers and private owner operators. Taxi drivers and owner operators use their own cars when providing ride sharing service. Uber Application helps provide safe, reliable, cost-effective transportation by seamlessly integrating both traditional ADA and flexible fleets, controlling their coordination with "Smart Mobility Management" technology and processes. Such as, dispatch, seamless pickup, and drop-off, and monitoring of overall service quality.
Responsibilities:
•Reviewed Requirement document, Important functionalities, new features to be implemented

The application was a simple app that pushes preconfigured profiles to members of the profile group created by the app. This groups could be sales, marketing, human resources and so on.
