BIM execution plan

BIM project execution plan for BRONX medical health redevelopment in New York. BIM execution plan for the project is prepared by using software’s like NAVISWORKS for clash detection, VISIO for process maps, MS office software’s for analyzing information and project presentation. This is a group project with 5 people; the whole work was shared by all of us.

My role was to create process maps and finding clashes and presenting the project.

Estimation of cost construction for a commercial building. Prepared detailed estimates of a commercial building on in Peoria IL. On Screen Take off software, MS Office tools and RS means are used for preparing the quantitative take off s, labor costs; Material cost and crew days; the data is calculated to submit a bid for the construction. This is a group project; my role is to use on screen take off to make quantitative takeoffs and finding costs using RS Means

Bridge Scheduling

In this project the work activities and quantities of work are listed and the logic for the project is established. Using Excel, the crews, material costs are involved for finding the least duration schedule and least cost schedule. Primavera and MS Project are also used to determine the schedules.

Proposal of Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) in Hyderabad, India. This project was undertaken to reduce the traffic problems in Hyderabad, India and to improve mobility for the pedestrians, motorized traffic and busses analyzing traffic flow patterns and designing dedicated paths for busses.
