Interests
•Spending time with family and friends in my spare hours. Enjoying my daughter who plays every sport available and also performs in the marching band.
•Continuing my education at this time, I enjoy keeping up with the latest evidence based practice and new breakthroughs for chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
•Playing golf weather permitting.
Experience
•Several months in private practice at a new medical office service families as well as doing overall wellness/hormone replacement pellet therapy
•Currently in correctional setting as a primary care provider specializing in many chronically ill patients as well as sick visits, minor surgical procedures, on call experience
•Most recently nursing experience is in correctional care, namely in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
•I have vast experience to include much ER experience, ICU, Med/Surg/OB/Pediatrics and some post-operative care.
•Home health and nursing home experience as well, both field and supervisory.
•Emergency Care through EMT class/clinical experience.
•Previous certification in ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS.
