Designation: Quality Engineer (Quality dept).

Responsibility

Handle and chaking the all type of Inwards casting material on receipt department .

Involve in daily modification work of development parts.

Responsible for performing routine hardness of casting.

Ensure all casting material should be in quality condition.

Also chaking semi finish parts of suppliers based on PDIR Reports..

Daily verification of material T C of all type casting material.

Responsible for GRN of per half months.

Collecting the daily casting and machining rejection of line.(process or final).

Chaking the Tensile Strength of all SG Iron and Cast Iron materials per months.

Also chaking Micro structure of all SG Iron and Cast Iron materials per months.

Visiting per week to Foundry for chemical changes Analysis.

Co-ordination with Production dept. to have avoiding problems of material.

Arrange the Quality Instruments for daily working conditions.

Collecting the Corrective action reports, Deviation Reports from suppliers as per condition.
