For the OB&C LOB, this application will provide the client with ability to manage Business packages and additional documents, through upload, searching, indexing, re-indexing and certifying functionality.
The CSR Application is designed to use the FileNet CE Java API v4.5 via Content Engine shared services. New customized UI has been developed to provide indexing, re-indexing, certification and admin functionality. This will provide the client a seamless and consistent user interface to perform indexing and Certification of documents (Business packages). Admin functionality provides application level security to control user access via CSR Admin page.

TechPubsUCR will Publish the information to the end User. TechPubsUCR System will replace the existing object repository systems for the CATS Docs application without impacting the customer facing applications. Documents from channel source like OR, the IBM Content Collector (ICC) will be used to migrate the existing OR documents into FileNet P8 Content Engine. Documents from other channel source like attach, efeeds, sniffer and redlines will be placed into FileNet P8 Content Engine by CEWS client code. When an ORIG document come into FileNet system will trigger a workflow to generate the different rendition files. The launched workflow will have the capability to handle the different document types. Images stored in the FileNet Content Engine can be retrieved based on the GID by the CATS Docs system through Content Engine Web Service (CEWS) call.

The CDD SME provides a platform to facilitate the collection, storage, and approval of the documentation required to satisfy SCB Financial Crime Risk that proper due diligence has been performed on a customer. The CDD Phase 4 project is aimed at adding new segments, enhancing the user interface and adding new features for the current SME-eCDD platform.

The total data size currently is around 50 TB (Total for all the circles). This data is growing at the rate of 1.6 TB/Month.
