Responsible for day to day operations and management of various projects providing test planning, execution, and support services to the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) an it’s effort to develop and maintain the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS), a web-based end-to-end electronic compensation claims processing portal created to give VA the ability to process Veterans’ claims paper-free. Responsible for the program leadership to establish project goals, objectives, milestones, and metrics. Serve as the primary contractor representative and interface to VBMS program leadership, and the Contract Officer Representative (COR) to ensure the successful delivery of quality products and services. Responsible for the management of several subcontracts and the delivery of mission critical solutions to VBMS while following and Agile methodology.

9/2013- 10/2016 Leidos. Reston, VA- Program Test Manager

Responsible for five concurrent IV&V groups within the National Application & Technology Solution Services Program, stablishing, meeting operational objectives and delegating assignments to subordinate staff responsible for system development and integration, performance benchmarking, user acceptance, Section 508 Accessibility and verification of functional and non-functional system requirements in support of various U.S. Federal Government agencies including DOT’s COMPASS Program and DoD Operations. Provide specialized CMMI experience in training, writing and maintaining system documentation, software QA and overall product quality by managing work load, team leads assignment, planning and executing SDLC phases.
