Implemented RCM & Six Sigma practices in Refinery Plant.

Catered, 4Ms(Money, Material, Machinery, Manpower) to maintain the plant availability.

Functioned also as Head of Refinery plant as & when needed, being IInd Senior person.

Prepared budgets for day to day need or periodical needs(Shut down/RR/Capital)

Shut down 2004 was carried out under my leader ship.

Maintained Plant availability more than 95% averagely.

Maintained ISO requirements & records in accordance to ISO 9001

Worked on ERP Management system for Asset mgt.

Transportation vehicles like, fork lift, LHDs, Dumpers, front end loaders, Dozers etc.

Machine shop eqpts like Boring, Milling etc.
