PROJECTS
Spring 2016- Summer 2016 University of California, Irvine
Senior Design Project – Crude Oil Distillation Unit
Consisted of four students with the goal of designing a distillation unit capable of processing 265,000 barrel per stream day (BPSD) of raw crude
Managed team, planned schedule and meetings, dedicated individual tasks to each member and support each member when needed
Designed the process flow diagram for the unit on Pro/II
Conducted heat and mass calculations and optimized heat integration, then determined the number of shells required for each heat exchanger
Fall 2014 – Spring 2015 California State University, Long Beach
CSULB Innovation Challenge (Minyon)
The team consists of seven students; the goal was to create a product that can wirelessly monitor, control, and test the voltage and current of an electronic device component
Work with the development team and business team, conducted meetings, planned events
Developed a business plan to market a data collection tool
Assembled research on data tool market
Fall 2013 – Spring 2014 University of California, Irvine
AICHE Chem-E-Car Competition
Designed and created a model car power by a chemical reaction and stops by a chemical reaction
Designed the body of the car to meet specific conditions
Designed the layout of the car to meet certain conditions
