2-Responsible for developing and administering all types of contract documents such as:-

-Mechanical components (valves, pumps, compressors, diesel engines),

-Electrical components

-Rental of Diesel generators,

-NDT Services,

-Engineering services and manpower supply,

-Janitorial Services

-Plants maintenance

-Relocation of gas turbines, maintenance of mobile units,

5.Discussing with the suppliers and repair facilities Company's requirements of turbines modification, services, improvement of availability and reliability, etc

6.Analyze contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work.

7.Updating contract manual and contracts procurement procedure

8.Monitor contract correspondence and provide appropriate input to protect client against potential claims

9.Follow-up with the contractors and visit the site from time to time to monitor the contractor’s performance

10.Follow up the work at Contractor’s facilities. QC for valves, coolers inspection and leak testing, etc.

11.Responsibility of day to day running of contracts development.

2.Site engineer for PM and corrective maintenance for GE and Westinghouse units and its aux. Inspect mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, all types of valves, etc.

3.Inspection of repaired components at Contractor’s workshops such as ISCOSA/Siemens, MEELSA, SAECO, NASICO, SAGCO, etc.

4.Preparation of Test & Inspection plant schedule

5.Development of Maintenance Information Management System program for scheduled PM.

6.Preparation of monthly and T&I reports, component tracking history record, availability data, etc.

7.Preparation of Operating plan, Business plan, Capital Budget, etc.
