The clients are UHG group(United Health Group), We process the insurance claims for UHG clients, The claims are sort into Keyble and Nonkeyable, Keyable means customer bills & payment. Nonkeyable means customers queries and complaints and also process the Legal documents. Every customers should be in UHG group it check via main frame lookup process if not found the data sort to ENF(Enrolle Not Found). Roles & Responsibility
