Drive System Design Designing the shafts and the internal parts of a 1000lb electric generator (industrial). Doing the drawings for the parts, base lining the parts UGNX-V9.0 along with TEAMCENTER. Designer on the body-in-white rear end structure of the car, had the designing of the rear end fascia too, it was a great program at the beta stage now. Use GD&T standards on the drawings. Plastic injection molded parts, door trim and rear compartment. Oversee the validation, build and testing. Documentation through DVPR, PVPR. Drove the cars.
Work on an electric Bus program, HVAC design work and design the underbody Frame to carry the batteries. Both jobs were on UGNX-8.5

Casting Technologies Company Farmington Hills Mi. Designing prototype in UGNX-8.5 upper and lower controls arms for GM 6m corvette (aluminum casting) and aluminum rotors and knuckles for TRW programs.
Alcoa Pittsburgh Pa. Senior Lead Designer on the JLTV project for the defense division on eight trucks, all aluminum underbody frames from front rails to rear rails of the chassis, on UGNX-8.5. Achieve eight prototypes trucks build, with 2500 miles tested on them. Prototype testing and vehicle crashworthiness. Oversee the validation builds and testing. Using and maintaining the content within PLM system. Documentation through DVPR, PVPR.
