Challenged the District Managers to stay laser focused on building team cohesion, expense control, regional store growth through viable real estate sites.

Accomplishments: Mid-Atlantic Region

Established hiring criteria goals, requested applicants to interview with Regional Human Resources Manager, Regional Loss Prevention Manager and myself prior to employment.

Resulted in consistent turnover with other regions and company goals, greater customer service, store standards, policies, and procedures were the norm.

Sales in the Atlanta Market grew a minimum of 10% or better.

The Mid-Atlantic Region was challenged meeting stated sales, P&L goals, reducing employee turnover, everyday store standards, freight processing, communication failures, lacked sales driven culture, failed to accomplish in talent investment, lacked payroll optimization, failed to meet controllable expense and implementation of everyday processes.

Implemented weekly touch base with each District Manager, Regional Human Resource Manager, Regional Loss Prevention, store visits with the District Managers and other communication tools.

Resulted in reduced turnover to company standards, District Manager accomplished their workload and tasks, store standards improved, company policies and procedures were implemented, maintained and improved.

Sales increased by double-digit from (2,5) to +9.85%, shrink improved by 1.5% over LY, gross profit improved and 4-wall contribution increased by $9M.
