I am currently a student at McMaster university. I am interested in the field of
economics. I enjoy working hard and staying busy. My greatest asset is my ability to work hard and remain extremely focused. I am self-driven and pride myself on my ability to take initiative and be an autonomous worker, while at the same time being a great team member and engaging with others.

Marketing - Lead Generator, Weed Man Canada 2017 - Present Joined a team responsible for obtaining leads for our sales team to follow up on. Developed my interpersonal and communication skills. Gained valuable sales experience. Learned how to sell and create beneficial relationships with future clients. Was the first experience clients had with the company and ensured it was a positive one.

Became the youngest member of the management team at my store. Responsibilities now shifted into that of a managerial role. I lead teams of up to 12 workers during some of the busiest times of operation, ran shifts through $1,000
(sales) hours while maintaining efficiency and fluidity. Was looked to for motivation and support. Handled disgruntled customers and any problems that may have arisen on the floor. Was now responsible for training new crew and monitoring existing crew procedures. Performed tests on crew that were essential to their being hired or advancing in the company. Was introduced to sales and variables such as food costs, labour costs, and dry good costs.
